OCEM to appear at the EPE exhibit in Geneva Sept. 8-10
OCEM Power Electronics will be participating in the EPE ’15 – ECCE, the European Conference on Power and Electronics, hosted by CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, on Sept. 8-10.
OCEM is a long-time partner of CERN, also known as the European Organization for Nuclear Research, having provided the laboratory with power systems on multiple occasions over the past 45 years.
Founded in 1954, CERN was one of Europe’s first joint ventures and now has 21 member states. Its particle accelerators collide protons and lead ions at close to the speed of light, allowing physicists to study the particle interaction and develop insights into the fundamental laws of nature.
OCEM has played a key role in designing, developing, constructing, controlling, and operating the high-precision power converters required for the particle accelerators at CERN and other research laboratories.
Come see OCEM at Booth 34, or make an appointment to meet during the conference by emailing power@ocem.com. Our marketing department will confirm the appointment.
